It was estimated that 860 enterprises will attend the fair

It was reported that the scheduling conference for 2015 Hunan (Chenzhou) Characteristic Agricultural Products Trade Fair was held in Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center in the afternoon of November 30, 2015.
It was learned that there are 21 themes, 6 exhibition zones and 1120 stands set for the trade fair, covering 48,000square meters exhibition areas. 826 enterprises will be attracted to attend the fair and final amount was estimated to be over 860 ones. The trade fair is mainly for the exhibition, trading and projects negotiation concerned for characteristic agricultural products, agricultural technological achievements and irrigation culture. During the trade fair, opening ceremony of the trade fair, signing ceremony for some agricultural projects, signing ceremony for some purchasing agents, theme day for counties and enterprises, award ceremony for the trade fair, and some other activities will be carried out there.

Now, the preparation work for the trade fair is being promoted fluently. The main body has been decorated; 6 theme day activities of Zixing city, Yizhang county, and others have been confirmed; and the procedures and agendas for all details have been in place. All the enterprises which will attend the trade fair are required to provide three certificates and qualification certificate for relative products from the beginning of investment attraction process. Furthermore, testing table for product and complaint table will be set on site.

Lei Xiaoda, Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee stated that all the preparation work for the trade fair is being handled out well. All department should join in the work and follow the four requirements as below: further implementing exhibition solution to check all details; further enhancing monitoring work and establishing the frequent scheduling system for 6 working groups, daily scheduling system for organization committee office and 24-hour monitoring system for security; further improving propaganda work to popularize the fair; and further upgrading security management to ensure the fair to be handled safely.
